The purpose of our efforts is to provide schools with quality spirit items at 100% no cost. All of the items are sponsored and supported by the local businesses who gain exposure through professional local advertising.

Businesses needing to create awareness of their brand in their community, sponsor branded products that go to their local school or organization.
The school or organization then uses the products to drive fan support and or fundraising efforts.
Our goal is to create a synergy between sponsors and schools, supported by our professional team. We handle every aspect of the process from acquiring the sponsors to design and production to shipping. There is no extra work for you!

The schools are able to receive the items for free. This creates team spirit and instills school pride. It also eliminates the need to do fundraisers to receive spirit items
Academic Productions partners with schools and other community organizations across the country to provide them with spirit items that they can sell as fundraising items or distribute as school promotion. Your sponsorship purchase allows us to provide these items completely free to them. Once you have signed up as a sponsor, we will design the items using your logo and information as well as the school artwork. We handle all the printing in house and then send you a few samples of the product while the bulk of the items ship directly to the school.
The items are given away or sold at school sporting events. Items can be used as promotions or as fundraising items.

The money is used for all production costs. Academic Productions uses its own warehouse to produce everything internally.
Yes. Simply request a W-9 with your invoice.
The items are distributed by the school and then kept by the kids, parents and fans. They use the items long after the season is over.
Your advertisement at the school will create awareness of your brand in your direct target marketing area, while being a community supporter and helping the school.
You will be exclusive in your industry.
We use a business directory to find businesses that are in your area and contact them to present them with the opportunity to sponsor your school. We make sure to only contact family friendly businesses that would be appropriate to display at school functions.
Through coordinated business sponsorships, your school will not receive a charge for the items, shipping or any production costs. Everything is FREE!
The items will have your school name, mascot, school year and sport printed in the school colors. The item will also include a smaller section dedicated to the sponsor’s ad. We update our templates twice a year in order to send you something different each time. You may also include any special instructions in your order.
Simply contact our Setup Department and they will make sure that your art or information is used.
Yes. Whenever you need to put a stop to your project, call our Setup Department for help. When you submit a request to stop getting items, we will no longer contact businesses for sponsorship. We will, however, ship out anything that has already been in production.
You can sign up for two seasons per year.
The quantities of the items you choose are contingent upon sponsorship.
Although we do not supply the names of the sponsors before we print and ship, you can easily obtain the list of supporting businesses once the items are finalized.

PURCHASE AND
REFUND POLICY
Academic Productions allows for any advertisement to be canceled and given full refund within 3 business days of the original purchase date after which time all sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your advertisement, Academic Productions will take necessary measures to correct the problem. Any action taken will be at the sole discretion of Academic Productions. Common solutions include but are not limited to reprinting ads, providing replacement ads, or providing refunds as is deemed appropriate. Replacement ads may not always be printed on the same item or for the same season but will always be of equal value.
